Sycomore

Know every person in your church, and notice when someone is missing.

Sycomore keeps your people, services and follow-up in one place, so leaders spend Sunday with the congregation instead of a clipboard.

Named for the sycomore tree Zacchaeus climbed so he could see Jesus, and was seen by Him. Luke 19:4–5

A week at your church with Sycomore

Most of the work happens on its own. Leaders review what matters and the rest runs in the background, in your church’s own time zone.

  1. SundayDuring service

Families check themselves in from their phones. Volunteers handle the rest at the door.

  2. Monday8:00 AM

First-time visitors get a welcome text, and each one is handed to a person who will follow up.

  3. Tuesday6:00 PM

Anyone who missed Sunday gets a short, personal note. Three Sundays in a row becomes a phone call for their leader.

  4. WednesdayMidweek

Prayer meetings, ministry gatherings and their attendance, recorded by the people who lead them.

  5. ThursdayPlanning

The speaker’s plan and order of service come together, with a warning if anyone is booked twice.

  6. FridayAnnouncements

News and events go out to members’ phones, with sign-up for the whole household.

  7. Every day9:00 AM

Birthday greetings in your leader’s name, reviewed before anything is sent.

Everyone sees what they need, and nothing more
